| Lisa Fosler Kelly has been in practice since 1993, representing health care professionals, attorneys, and others throughout the country in licensing and disciplinary matters and assisting professional licensees in all aspects of the licensing process. |

| Ms. Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1987. She completed an internship in the fall of 1991 with the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and earned the American Jurisprudence Award in pre-trial litigation while in law school. She graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1992 cum laude. |

| Ms. Kelly is an active member in good standing of the Illinois bar (1992) and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also holds a currently inactive Oregon law license. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and was named a Leading Lawyer in Chicago in 2010. |
